The Holistic Approach to Wellness starts with the belief that all parts of your being must be in harmony to achieve ultimate wellness. Your physical, mental and spiritual body all play into your whole being. Any part of your being that is unbalanced can cause a disturbance in the other parts. This is why it is imperative to align all parts of the whole to achieve wellness.
Overall, a holistic health coach can help you achieve your health and wellness goals by offering personalized guidance, support, and accountability, as well as practical solutions for overcoming obstacles and achieving lasting change. I lead clients through a process of finding the perfect rhythm for themselves in the following areas: nutrition, mindfulness (stress management), fitness, sleep & social relationships.

Meditations are a beautiful way to practice Mindfulness throughout your day! You will benefit from lower stress, increased focus & productivity, better sleep and better relationships with a consistent Mindfulness Practice. What this package includes is 3 personalized meditations, designed for 3 different times of your day or week where YOU think you could use it most.
To start, book a discovery session with me so we can chat. I will figure out exactly what you would like to see in your meditations and then create them for you and deliver them to your inbox! I will tailor each meditation to the specific place you will practice (yoga mat, office desk, right before you fall asleep, etc) , your current mental or physical limitations, and your desired length. The digital recording will be yours to keep and use as many times as you would like. (I would recommend over and over!)
