Brushstrokes Mindfulness Retreat

A one-day mindfulness experience designed to awaken your creative side through journaling, guided meditation, nature immersion, and therapeutic art activities combined with thoughtfully curated culinary and refreshment selections that align with the flow of the day, while giving you the freedom to choose what your body needs most to feel balanced, nourished, and fully refreshed.

The impact of an intentional getaway to reflect and reset can be life changing and it just may be what your body and spirit are asking for in order to enter into a new season refreshed and inspired!
As many are beginning their school year, we often find ourselves looking for a structure that was more elusive in the midst of little trips and long days, but still wanting to savor the freedom and openhearted nature that summer brings out in us. In this transition, it's helpful to pause and ask yourself some intentional questions:
How have my current metaphorical 'brushstrokes' been feeling?
Are my brushstrokes serving me as I paint the canvas of my unique life?
How might an adjustment of my mindset or perspective shift the outcome
of the coming season?
What does nature suggest as a healthy flow for this season?
We will ask these questions and more as we breathe, invite restoration,
explore, and get inspired.
Envision a day that provides gentle opportunities to move your body and savor handcrafted flavors designed to intentionally nourish and balance. We'll pair those choices with introspective activities for engaging our minds in a peaceful reflective process: putting the thoughts that arise in our journals and also allowing them to unfold in nature and perhaps in conversation. Finally, we will get a little creative with paint and plaster once we've found our flow, using simple techniques to translate our intentions to visual expression. You'll also have access to lovely spaces where you can escape for more private reflection if that desire lands at any point.
All are welcome, as the guidance to go deeper via meditation and abstract art will be warm and beginner-friendly.

  2. Providing support and accountability: I offer ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track with your health goals, providing accountability and guidance along the way. (we decide together the perfect amount of communication)
  3. Establish a nutrition plan and develop actionable steps so you are successful.
  4. Offering lifestyle guidance: I will provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, such as Mindfulness or stress management, exercise, morning routines and sleep, and social relationships to support your overall health and well-being.
  5. Helping you navigate obstacles: I can help you navigate any obstacles or challenges that arise as you work towards your health goals, offering practical solutions and support.

What is included in the 4-week program:

  • Four 30 min meetings (weekly) + 10 min guided meditations at the end of each meeting
  • Curated Nutritional Plans & supporting recipes / shopping lists designed for you
  • Personalized daily & weekly schedules to include tools / ideas handcrafted for each area of my program personalized for YOU
  • unlimited email communication
  • 3 x a week text check-ins (or the amount you think is best) to support and hold you accountable along the way

3 Personalized Meditations

Meditations are a beautiful way to practice Mindfulness throughout your day! You will benefit from lower stress, increased focus & productivity, better sleep and better relationships with a consistent Mindfulness Practice. What this package includes is 3 personalized meditations, designed for 3 different times of your day or week where YOU think you could use it most.
To start, book a discovery session with me so we can chat. I will figure out exactly what you would like to see in your meditations and then create them for you and deliver them to your inbox! I will tailor each meditation to the specific place you will practice (yoga mat, office desk, right before you fall asleep, etc) , your current mental or physical limitations, and your desired length. The digital recording will be yours to keep and use as many times as you would like. (I would recommend over and over!)
