Nourish & Thrive: A Foundational Program where Holistic Nutrition meets Mindfulness

Discover the true essence of taking care of your well-being as we dive into the transformative power of nutrition and mindfulness. Each session will be designed around your nutrition goals, while seamlessly weaving in the crucial elements of what I call the 6 Key Areas of Focus. Nourish & Thrive is not just a program; it’s your gateway to a vibrant, balanced life. This program provides you with the essential tools and insights needed to craft a sustainable and deeply nourishing lifestyle, perfectly attuned to your unique needs. Taking control of your nutrition involves being proactive and making lifestyle choices that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By joining my Nourish & Thrive program you will be doing just that!

Together, we will decide where you would like to focus your attention based on your specific nutritional goals. Collaboratively, we will devise a plan that is tailored to your current circumstances and establish clear communication to ensure accountability for achieving sustainable changes. We will address different key areas each week and equip you with effective tools to support your progress on this journey.


Here are some of the areas I will touch on as your Holistic Nutrition Coach:

  1. Identifying your unique nutritional goals: we will work together to identify your specific nutrition goals and develop a customized plan to help you achieve them. (physical, mental and social)
  2. Providing support and accountability: I offer ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track with your health goals, providing accountability and guidance along the way. (we decide together the perfect amount of communication)
  3. Establish a nutrition plan and develop actionable steps so you are successful.
  4. Offering lifestyle guidance: I will provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, such as Mindfulness or stress management, exercise, morning routines and sleep, and social relationships to support your overall health and well-being.
  5. Helping you navigate obstacles: I can help you navigate any obstacles or challenges that arise as you work towards your health goals, offering practical solutions and support.

What is included in the 4-week program:

  • Four 30 min meetings (weekly) + 10 min guided meditations at the end of each meeting
  • Curated Nutritional Plans & supporting recipes / shopping lists designed for you
  • Personalized daily & weekly schedules to include tools / ideas handcrafted for each area of my program personalized for YOU
  • unlimited email communication
  • 3 x a week text check-ins (or the amount you think is best) to support and hold you accountable along the way
  • aromatherapy recommendations*
  • herbal recommendations*
  • personalized meditation recordings or/and journal prompts*
