Each week, we’ll tackle a new area of growth, empowering you with powerful tools and strategies to fuel your progress and create lasting, sustainable change. Here are some of the areas I will touch on as your Holistic Wellness Coach:
- Identifying your unique health goals: we will work together to identify your specific health goals and develop a customized plan to help you achieve them.
- Providing support and accountability: I offer ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track with your health goals, providing accountability and guidance along the way. (we decide together the perfect amount of communication)
- Developing a personalized nutrition plan: I can help you create a nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and goals.
- Offering lifestyle guidance: I will provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, such as Mindfulness or stress management, exercise, and sleep, and social relationships to support your overall health and well-being.
- Helping you navigate obstacles: I can help you navigate any obstacles or challenges that arise as you work towards your health goals, offering practical solutions and support.
What is included in the program:
- 45 min Discovery call + a 10 min guided meditation
- Four 45 min meetings (about every 10 days) + 10 min guided meditations at the end of each meeting
- unlimited email communication
- 3 x a week text check-ins (or the amount you think is best)
