ABOUT ME


Hi! My name is Angela Evans and I am the founder of Handcrafted Human and believe in bringing health and peace to mind, body & soul harmoniously through holistic nutrition & lifestyle, specializing in Mindfulness (especially meditation & journaling.)

I am a mom of amazing children, a wife of a retired Coast Guardsman, an avid gardener, reader and explorer of the outdoors. In my spare time you will find me doing activities with my family, reading or being outside in my gardens.

I started my journey in Holistic Health when I was diagnosed with 3 different autoimmune diseases after a year of feeling physically horrible, and retrospectively realizing a lifetime of battling mental health issues causing my body to start attacking itself. My hope is to help people be proactive in their wellness, thereby keeping chronic health issues at bay.

Together, we will explore different areas of wellness. We will work to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and obstacles that may be holding you back from living your best life. I will provide you with the tools, accountability, and support needed to help you achieve your nutrition & wellness goals and live a balanced and fulfilling life.
