Reset & Relax with this comprehensive Mindfulness Hour

In this class, you will have the opportunity to take a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on self-care and relaxation. The class will start with a 10-minute breathing break, designed to help you connect with your body and calm your mind. Then, we'll dive into a 15-minute guided journaling workshop where you'll learn about the benefits of journaling and participate in an exercise to help you get started. Finally, you'll enjoy a 20-minute guided meditation with the soothing sounds of a sound bowl, helping you fully relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
